About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business goals.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good telecalling etiquette
- Ability to handle customer queries and concerns professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus
