Key Responsibilities:

• Follow a script or sales pitch to promote products or services and overcome objections.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
