Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our products or services.
• Follow a scripted pitch or adapt communication based on customer responses.
• Identify and understand customer needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
• Present and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services effectively.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls, building rapport and trust with customers.
• Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close sales or schedule appointments.
• Update customer information, including call outcomes, in the company's CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Achieve set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.
• Maintain a positive attitude, resilience, and persistence, even in the face of rejection or challenging customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and respond appropriately.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Target-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
