Telecaller Job in Mumbai at Dynamic Enterprises

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads list.
• Introduce and explain the company's products or services to potential customers.
• Answer customer questions about product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Conduct effective cold calling to reach out to new leads and generate interest.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone of voice during calls to build rapport.
• Identify and understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
• Record customer details, interactions, and responses accurately in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while interacting with customers.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using computers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
