Telecaller Job in Chennai at Impetuson

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for Spoken language in English and Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
• Generate leads and qualify potential customers based on their interest and requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments or meetings with interested customers.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and achieve personal and team goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.
• Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools to record customer interactions and sales data.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good listening skills to understand customer requirements and address concerns.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
