Telecaller Job in Uttam Nagar at Asthanaz International

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce them to our products or services
• Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries
• Generate sales leads and set appointments for sales representatives
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and meet sales targets
• Record customer information accurately in our database
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
