About this Job
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and sales
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with sales teams for closures
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Strong listening skills and positive attitude
