Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for promotion, follow-up, or feedback.
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
• Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Qualification:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejections and work under targets.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
