About this Job
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads daily
- Explain course details and resolve basic queries
- Book appointments for counselling/demo sessions
- Maintain and update student records in CRM
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication in English (mandatory)
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
- 0–2 years experience in tele calling or sales
- Freshers with strong communication may apply
- Coachable, confident, and target-driven personality
