Telecaller Job in Gurgaon at Team Cowork

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
• Respond to incoming calls and address customer queries
• Share details about products/services clearly and confidently
• Follow up with leads through calls or messages
• Maintain and update CRM or daily call reports
• Handle objections and work towards achieving daily/weekly targets
• Maintain professionalism and customer-first attitude in every call

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English; regional languages a plus)
• Basic knowledge of computers and data entry
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking tone
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is a plus
