About this Job
Key Objective of the Job:
The key objective of the Telecaller role is to contact customers to facilitate the repayment of overdue accounts. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, negotiating payment terms, maintaining accurate records of interactions, providing assistance and solutions to customers, and adhering to ethical and legal standards in debt collection practices.
