Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script to generate leads and promote products or services.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide information about the company's products or services.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and gather relevant information for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the company's database.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Stay informed about the company's products or services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise speaking voice.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in making calls.
