Key Responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
  • Introduce the company's products or services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Engage prospects in a persuasive and professional manner to generate interest and build rapport.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and their unique selling points.
  • Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.
  • Identify potential leads and qualify them based on their interest and potential to become customers.
  • Gather and record relevant information about prospects for follow-up and further evaluation.
  • Effectively handle objections and concerns raised by prospects and address them to overcome barriers to purchase.
  • Utilize sales techniques to close deals and secure customer commitments.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance to the sales manager.
  • Follow up with customers after the initial sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, insights, and sales strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and build relationships over the phone.
  • Persuasive and confident phone presence with the ability to articulate sales messages effectively.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven approach with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude throughout the sales process.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Time management skills to efficiently manage call schedules and follow-up activities.
  • Ethical conduct and compliance with company policies and regulations.
