About this Job
Responsibilities:
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Motivate and inspire the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Set individual and team sales targets and track progress towards goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
