Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Keep a daily shift log of incidents, absences, tardiness, accidents, complaint, etc.
• Completes P. A. forms for employees, in absence of the departmental manager.
• Directs customer relations efforts - responds to customers.
• Provide assistance in problem areas.
• Provides leadership and administration of discipline to subordinates.
• Must understand and comply with internal control regulations.
• consistently enforces policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to supervise employees and establish work requirements.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and written.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a smoking environment.
• Ability to supervise and direct employees fairly and consistently.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Ability to operate a handheld radio.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have done MBA.
• Only for male.
