Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone or other communication channels to promote and sell products or services.
• Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and following up with leads.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Provide product information and answer any queries or objections raised by customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Tele Sales Experience in UAE market will be an added advantage
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM software or sales tools to manage customer data and track sales activities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
• High level of professionalism and integrity
