Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain the features and benefits of the product/service.
• Generate sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain customer databases and update information as required.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with leads through calls or emails.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong rapport with customers.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales quotas.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM software, MS Office).
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
