Tele Marketing Executive Job in Siliguri at Darjeeling Gardens

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in our tea products.
• Engage in active communication with prospects to understand their needs and preferences related to tea consumption.
• Present and promote our range of tea products, emphasizing their quality, health benefits, and unique flavors.
• Effectively explain pricing, promotions, and discounts to entice customers to make a purchase.
• Manage a database of potential clients, updating information and recording interactions for future follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's revenue.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' products, and customer preferences to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing the company to potential customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong persuasive abilities and the confidence to engage potential customers in conversation.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently to achieve targets.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of tea varieties, brewing techniques, and the tea industry is a plus.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
