Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication: 

  • Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of overdue payments. 
  • Discuss repayment plans and offer customized solutions to resolve outstanding dues. 

Debt Recovery:

  • Follow up on assigned accounts and achieve recovery targets. 
  • Provide guidance to customers on payment processes and timelines. 

Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Address customer concerns or disputes professionally and effectively. 
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience while resolving their accounts. 

Compliance:

  • Follow company policies and legal guidelines during customer interactions. 
  • Accurately record call details, payment commitments, and updates in the system. 

Reporting:

  • Share daily and weekly progress reports with the team lead. 
  • Highlight any major concerns or escalations for resolution. 

 Key Skills and Attributes 

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of financial or payment terms (training will be provided). 
  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities. 
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. 
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for recording and tracking accounts. 

 Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or related field). 
  • Good Communication & Negotiation Skills with a strong command over spoken language. 
  • Age: 20–24 years. 
  • Comfortable working in a call centre environment.
