Job description

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Vision India Insurance, as a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls from existing customers, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Need to call the contacts from Database and explain about products
• Handle outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls and lead generation.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions.
