Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements
• Negotiate and close deals with customers over the phone
• Achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tele sales role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong selling skills and ability to close deals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred
