Flight Centre Travel Group is hiring for the role of Telco Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze existing telco services and understand utilization levels across inbound services, outbound services, and mobile services.
• Connect with product, finance, and business contacts to recommend turning off/consolidating services.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end number porting process for new and existing clients.
• Ensure all porting requests are completed accurately and within the designated timeframes.
• Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth number transitions.
• Provide exceptional support to clients during the number porting process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Educate clients on the number porting process and set appropriate expectations.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and technical teams to coordinate number porting activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless porting experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the optimization process.
• Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize technical knowledge of unified communications systems to troubleshoot and resolve optimization issues.
• Assist with the configuration and setup of communication systems as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telecommunications or unified communications role.
• Proven experience working with various carriers.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using unified communications platforms and related technologies.
• Relevant certifications in telecommunications or unified communications are a plus.
