LSEG is hiring for the role of Technology Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handling migration and programme dependencies
• Tracking progress and alignment to overall programme plan
• Collaborating with Migration Planning and Migration Execution to ensure parity across the migration process
• Running aspects of the programme that involve multiple senior internal and external sponsors within the Microsoft Partnership
• Tracking programme risks, conditional approvals, and exceptions
• Anticipating issues and delays, evaluating impacts against application/business requirements, complexity, cost, risk etc. whilst effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
• Handle delivery quality and performance across the Partnership, ensuring services are introduced safely

Requirements:

• Business Case & Benefit Management: Prepare and handle business cases or proposals to rationalise programmes or projects, and identify, run and supervise benefits derived from the programmes or projects
• Navigating the business: Utilise knowledge of practices and approaches for handling and navigating the organisation to support project/programme objectives
• Change management: Use a systematic approach to deal with change, transition or transformation
• Industry knowledge: Demonstrate a depth of hands-on knowledge of the industry and domains
• Leading teams: Direct and lead others, coordinating activities and providing encouragement and inspiration to help others succeed
• Communication: Connect with clarity and precision, presenting technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate
• Problem Solving: Define a problem, generate solutions, and evaluate and identify the best solution to overcome the problem
• Process improvement: Seeks new ways of working continuously to make processes run smoother and faster
