Nestlé is hiring for the role of Technology Expert!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our organization.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions, including prototyping and proof of concept projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure the successful integration of new technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to innovation projects, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for innovation projects.
• Work closely with the IT Innovation Regional Lead and other stakeholders to align innovation initiatives with business goals.
• Participate in innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to generate and refine ideas.
• Mentor and coach team members on technical aspects of innovation, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in IT innovation, with a focus on implementing emerging technologies and driving digital transformation.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, blockchain, or Internet of Things (IoT).
• Proficient in programming languages (Python) and frameworks relevant to innovation projects.
• Need Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
