Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Technology Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Participants’ profiling to enable training in a structured manner.
- Briefing of job profile / role, sharing of reading material such as product details, technical data sheet, PIS, safety manual etc.
- Arrangement of application workshop with technology / marketing.
- Demonstration of training module, issues handling, query addressing, complaint handling, logistic arrangement etc.
- Capturing market practices on regular basis and sharing it with HO team for further analysis
Requirements:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks in graduation
- Diploma in Paint Tech (VJIT/Garware Institute) (Engineering/MBAs not eligible)
- Knowledge of English and good communication skills.
