STL Digital is hiring for the role of Technology Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support the implementation of new technologies and pilots.
- Collect and analyze data related to technology performance.
- Prepare reports summarizing findings for management.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow Sterlite's values and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of material science, LAN cables, fiber optic cables, and connectivity solutions.
- Analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in standard fiber testing and cabled fiber characterization (preferred).
