EY is hiring for the role of Technology Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work as part of a globally integrated digital architecture and engineering team to deliver end-to-end solutions (cloud-native, open source or custom-built) for clients across geographies.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Contribute to practices such as UI development, full-stack or backend development (.NET, Java, Python), or emerging technologies (Cloud, DevSecOps, IoT/AR/VR, Blockchain, etc.).
• Provide consulting support across multiple service lines including Testing Services, Data & Analytics, Oracle/SAP implementations, Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Technology Risk — depending on assigned project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography teams, adapting to global delivery network to fulfill business and client requirements.
• Apply software development best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
• Innovate and contribute to designing solutions that solve complex business problems leveraging modern technologies.
• Engage in agile methodology practices, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver within project constraints and timelines.
• Show strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and thesis for continuous learning and up-skilling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, best practices, and foundational knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python).
• Basic proficiency in data analytics or databases (SQL, Oracle, Teradata etc.).
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting in a fast-paced global delivery environment.
• Agile mindset, collaborative approach, and strong communication skills to work effectively with global teams.
• Motivated, curious, with passion for digital transformation and innovative problem solving.
