Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Technology Business Systems Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Create Test Plans, Test scripts, and Test Execution (Manual / Automated) for applications Flexcube / OBPM / OBLM.
• Participate in Business Requirement Document and Functional Specification Document Reviews.
• Provide Defect triage, Test summary, and Test Status Reporting and Utilization.
• Conduct meetings and reviews as required with relevant stakeholders.
• Engage & collaborate with end users as part of End User Testing.
• Ensure Strict adherence to timelines and focus on deliverables.
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas are met.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Flexcube, Testing (System Integration, Regression, User Acceptance), Business Analysis, or Ops-Production support role
• Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due dates.
• Demonstrated knowledge of required testing/validation methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in Automation tools  Selenium will be an added advantage.
• Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, and Sprint retrospective meetings.
