Genpact is hiring for the role of Consultant-Techno Functional Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Take transition from the existing team to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
• Address and resolve user issues raised via ServiceNow tickets within the stipulated time/SLA.
• Follow defined processes for issue resolution and escalation.
• Collaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) teams as needed to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare for and participate in status reports and meetings as required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a friendly and culturally sensitive approach during customer contact.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
• Willingness and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent
