Techno Functional Project Manager Job in Nashik at Winjit Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects using Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Oversee system architecture, API integrations, and data flow designs to ensure scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and validate technical implementations.
• Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze business needs and ensure system designs align with functional requirements, especially in Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and related BFSI services.
• Work with product owners and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
• Recommend best practices for Agile delivery and process improvements.

Qualification & Skills:

• Strong experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and data flows.
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and working closely with developers.
• Deep understanding of BFSI domain processes, such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Knowledge of MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis for insights.
• Expertise in identifying and driving process optimization initiatives.
