Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company& customer base.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive sales growth.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of technical products and services offered by the company.
  • Communicate technical specifications, features, and benefits to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions according to client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements to effectively position the company& offerings in the market.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate solutions and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of projects.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and key account activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor& degree in Business Administration, Engineering with Electronics and Telecommunication, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of technical products and solutions.
  • Excellent sales leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering business results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
