Techno Commercial Engineer Job in Chennai at Hi Tech Calibration Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements, and identifying suitable solutions to address their needs. 
• Collaborate with the sales team and product development engineers to design and propose technically feasible and cost-effective solutions that align with customer requirements. 
• Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress. 
• Conduct cost analysis for proposed solutions, considering materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
• Assist the sales team in preparing for customer meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations. 
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address any customer inquiries or issues related to the delivered solutions. 
• Ensure all technical and commercial documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance understanding of products and solutions. 

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, technologies, and products relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and ability to perform cost analysis and pricing evaluations.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Candidates residing in and around Mogappair (within 5 to 10kms) preferred or Candidates residing outside Chennai but inside Tamil Nadu Preferred.

Currently we are surviving with 900 clients approximately and carrying out calibration in various fields.
