Technician- Assy Equipment & Process Internship in Sanand at Micron

Micron is hiring for the role of TECHNICIAN, ASSY EQUIPMENT & PROCESS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Bring up equipment in an efficient manner and with minimum downtime
• Operate and maintain equipment
• Apply problem-solving techniques by available tools and resources to solve the problem
• Perform routine equipment health check/conversion as defined
• Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required
• Perform equipment modifications as advised by engineers.
• Provide communication between ES, Engineering, and Production
• Connect with production to relay problems, changes, or request information as needed
• Provide feedback observations and data to the engineering group to help resolve chronic problems or experiments
• Assist engineer on projects to improve overall test equipment efficiency and effectiveness
• Support yields continuous improvement projects
• Propose and implement improvement projects to desired results
• Perform Failure Analysis from PE request

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in working in a dynamic environment
• Able to work on shift
• Knowledge in wire bond, die attach, encapsulation or wafer thinning/dicing with 3 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing will be added advantages.
