Honeywell is hiring for the role of Technician!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Hands on experience in GTAW welding, Laser welding and welding automation.
• Able to do welding with automation setup independently
• Familiar with welding metallurgies like SS 316 , Hastelloy, Ni alloys
• Knowledge of working of welding machines, Argon plus Hydrogen gas flow systems, He leak testing, welding torches, ceramics, nozzles, tungsten sharpeners and automation systems

Requirements:

• Candidates having experience of welding automation in clean room environment (10K class) will be preferred
• Candidates with knowledge of cleaning processes and handling, maintaining ultrasonically clean parts during welding will be preferred
• Knowledge of cutting, polishing and etching of welded metal specimens
• Handling of microscopes for weld geometry evaluations
