Technical Writing Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Salesforce

Salesforce is hiring for the role of Technical Writing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You’ll deliver critical content to help customers set up and adopt Service and Field Service Cloud products.
• This includes in-app assistance, online help, API documentation,Trailhead content, and videos.
• You’ll work closely with other writers, engineers, product managers, designers, marketers, and other subject matter experts. You’ll track and report on key metrics for your content.
• Your work will directly help customers achieve their business goals with cutting edge customer service products, including new generative AI features.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional writing or communications experience
• 1-2 years of experience working for a technology or software company
• Ability to write clear, concise, and approachable content and to adapt your voice, tone, and style to the audience
• Ability to quickly and independently learn and explain complex technologies
• Curiosity about how things work and figuring out how they could work better
• Experience using generative AI 
• Experience being part of a global team and collaborating with teams in other time zones
• High standards of quality and attention to detail
• Excellent problem solver
• Strong advocate for the customer
• Ability to create a content strategy for a product
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience
