Google is hiring for the role of Technical Writer-Networking-Google Cloud!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with Product Managers, and Engineering Leads to identify the critical user journeys and create information architectures that help customers.
• Write technical documentation for security analysts including new features, how-to guides, release notes, and reference documents.
• Rewrite and reorganize existing documentation to improve the customer experience.
• Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others on the team to match the Google style guidelines.
• Manage complex documentation projects, and take responsibility for the quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
• 1 year of technical writing experience.
• Understanding of Google style guidelines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fluid environment.
