• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities, allowing for only net-new opportunities having to be translated
• Select appropriate technology for Web based consumption Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides. 
• Review all UIs/APIs for their alignment to intrinsic intuitiveness.
• Review all messages and codes to gauge their helpfulness
• Exercise version control of documents using relevant tools.
• Proactively understand changes to project scope and make relevant changes to the documentation.
• Create/revise/edit Technical documentation for Enpass. These documentations consist of:

1. User Manuals (UM)

2. Step-By-Step-Guides (SBSG)

3. Quick Reference Cards (QRC)

4. Technical Documents

• Should assist in preparing/ editing/ maintaining the training syllabi based on the application requirements with our clients.

• Prepare data flow diagrams, flow charts (MS Visio) & presentations (PowerPoint) for various systems and processes. Escalate issues in a timely manner and suggest improvements.

• Liaise with architects, business analysts, developers and testing teams for content input and document reviews to ensure that product functionality is well documented.

• May be responsible for documentation process development and implementing procedural enhancements.

• Attend daily SCRUMs, and be an active part of the SDLC.

Technical :

• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.

Review all UIs/APIs for their alignment to intrinsic intuitiveness.

• Must have Handson experience in HAT tools – Document360, Robohelp

• Liaise with architects, business analysts, developers and testing teams for content input and document reviews to ensure that product functionality is well documented.

the documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Any Graduation with Technical Writing Certification.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Software Technical Writing / Standards.

• Excellent fluency in English (written & speaking)

• Basic knowledge of the functionalities of Multimedia such as the video/audio editing principle would be preferred.

• Proficient with Technical Writing methodologies.

• Hands-on experience in Software Technical Writing / Standards.

• Hands-on experience in MS Tools- Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.

• Proficient with Aviation Terminology

• Proofreading/ Excellent Written Communication Skills.
