Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Review all the standard response templates and correct language errors
- Support creating any new SOPs and review old SOPs to correct mistakes and bring more clarity.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Design, plan, develop, and edit documents & new processes.
- Maintain knowledge of style guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the technology industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand highly technical information
