RazorPay is hiring for the role of Technical Writer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather information through product specification docs, interviews, product demos, and product exploration
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand the concepts well and create well-thought-through documents
• Understand the various user journeys and present the content in a manner that can be easily consumed
• Use aids like diagrams, flowcharts, and videos in the articles as and when required to explain the concepts better
• Continuously work towards improving the quality of content 
• Work with internal teams, identify the documentation bugs and gaps, and work on the feedback

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in technical writing
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Work experience in developing procedural software documentation.
• Ability to probe, ask questions, and research
• Quick learner
• Excellent team player
