Razorpay is hiring for the role of Technical Writer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather information through product specification documents, interviews, product demos, and product exploration.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand concepts well and create comprehensive documents.
• Understand various user journeys and present content in an easily consumable manner.
• Use aids like diagrams, flowcharts, and videos in articles as required to explain concepts better.
• Review, edit and proofread documentation.
• Improve the quality of content.
• Work with internal teams to identify documentation bugs and gaps and address feedback.

Requirements:

• Required Skills and Experience:1-3 years of experience in technical writing
  Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  Work experience in developing procedural software documentation
  Ability to probe, ask questions, and conduct research
  Quick learner
  Excellent team player
  
• Good to Have:Exposure to API documentation
  Experience in market and competitor research and analysis
