Morrison Hershfield is hiring for the role of Technical Training Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinating the technical training requirements for the firm, supporting the Digital Practice group.
• Conducting technical training needs analysis to identify the needs across our various business units.
• Preparing graphics and presentation materials for use in various communications.
• Working closely with subject matter experts to produce training materials and source or curate the best content to fill our training gaps.
• Acting as a Learner Partner, with the support of our HR department to ensure effective administration of technical programs in Workday Learning.
• Scheduling and facilitating training events and information sessions.
• Promoting initiatives and staff engagement through various communication channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma, with either a media, technology, or Human Resources specialty.
• Savvy with technology, or a quick learner with software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Skilled at producing a variety of video, promotional, and social media content.
