Responsibilities of a Candidate

• Collaborate with the Senior Training Facilitator, another Technical trainer, Team Leads, and others to ensure training programs are developed and delivered as required.
• Ensure configuration and other existing training materials are current and accurate.
• Deliver training to new employees and clients as needed. This includes independently coordinating resources such as customizing agendas with Managers or clients, scheduling and inviting attendees and SMEs, etc…
• Work with technical, configuration, and QA teams to address training needs as required and to develop formal structured training classes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate materials on the Equisoft University site.
• Manage multiple training priorities concurrently.
• Ensure that training incorporates best practices from across Equisoft’s global teams.

Requirements for a Candidate

• University Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2- 4 years experience of OIPA configuration.
• Highly self-motivated and ability to operate independently.
• Ability to travel at an estimate of 25% average annually.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse range of audiences and settings.
• Willingness to attend Train-the-Trainer or presentation skills program to develop skills
