Bluegrey Technologies is hiring for the role of Technical Support Specialist (Network Engineer)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of the following concepts: Load balancing, fail-over, Cloud Computing, and Network Security.
• Able to solve desktop/Laptop-related issues.
• Must have hands-on experience with Network equipment i.e. routers, switches, modems, access points, bridges, firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems with LAN, and WLAN.

Requirements:

• Work: 0 - 2 year
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and providing technical support.
• Knowledge of hardware and software components related to network infrastructure.
• Experience with configuring business-class firewalls and VPNs
• Good knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN networking technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of network protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN
