Technical Support Specialist -Exstream Internship in Bangalore at OpenText

OpenText is hiring for the role of Technical Support Specialist -Exstream!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Represent OpenText acting as the first point of contact for all technical support inquiries.
• Incident management and collaboration with other teams while adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
• Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills while supporting customers while demonstrating a high level of customer focus and empathy.
• Meet established service delivery guidelines and key performance indicators that are measured through customer satisfaction surveys.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to act as a trusted customer advocate.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of prior experience working on relevant technologies
• Focused on scoping problems and strong troubleshooting ability
• University/College degree within a related discipline
• Willingness to work in shifts during weekdays and on-call during weekends
• Hands-on experience working on OpenText Exstream Communications Server v16 [and/or OpenText StreamServe]
• Proficient knowledge of Storyteller, Template Engine and Pageout process
• Knowledge of configuration of Content & Archive server integration with Communications Server
• OTDS installation, configuration and integration with Exstream
• Ability to understand product integration with 3rd party applications in complex environments
• Previous experience working within a technical support environment
• OS - Win/Linux - OS fundamentals, Troubleshooting fundamentals, Logs
• DB - MS SQL, Oracle - Write basic queries
• API basics
