A Technical Support Specialist, or an IT Support Specialist, is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to hardware or software devices.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Their duties include taking phone calls from customers or communicating with them, helping customers diagnose technical issues over the phone and speaking with them about software installations, connections & troubleshooting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • should be able to handle UK customers.Provide IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.Answering phone calls,
  • writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service.Providing technical solutions to different problems of clients by taking the help of different tools.
  • Ensure that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to clients.
  • The standard of each call should be properly maintained in a comprehensive manner taking into view each aspect of attending the customer, listening to their problems and offer appropriate solutions to them
