inDrive is hiring for the role of Technical Support Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Demonstrate digital literacy by efficiently using technology tools.
- Perform data entry tasks and possess solid writing skills.
- Utilize Google Sheets and Google Docs proficiently.
- Have product knowledge in e-hailing, travel, courier services, and related products.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Provide support in the native language of the respective region or country.
- Maintain fast typing skills with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in digital literacy, including familiarity with basic tools and software.
- Strong data entry and content writing abilities.
- Experience with Google productivity tools (Sheets, Docs).
- Product understanding of e-hailing services, travel, and courier sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fluency in the native language is required for specific country support.
- Ability to type at least 100 words per minute with accuracy
