Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the curation of project write-ups and proposals for recent wins and key projects.
• Analyze annual reports to extract specific information and transform it into usable formats.
• Publish high-quality project write-ups to the global knowledge management portal by guidelines.
• Organize and tag content to facilitate efficient retrieval within the knowledge management portal.
• Meet processing and quality benchmarks, ensuring adherence to expected turnaround times.
• Summarize high-level project summaries based on information in proposal documents.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 0-2 years of Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Years of experience needed – 0-2 years.
• Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices, and SharePoint.
• Active listening and probing skills
• Effective business communication skills
• Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge-base articles.
• Receptive to feedback and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and team player
• Any Graduate
