Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for payroll processes and resolve client queries within defined timelines
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues by working closely with clients and internal teams
• Use SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze payroll data
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain documentation for issues, resolutions, and process improvements
• Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely problem-solving

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in a software product-based organization (global or Indian)
• Freshers can also apply
• Experience in payroll support or payroll operations
• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, or Engineering (or related field)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL (data extraction, query writing, troubleshooting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience troubleshooting production issues in scalable web-based applications
• Familiarity with multi-tenant systems and large datasets
