Practo is hiring for the role of Technical Support Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in production support.
- Should have strong L1 & L2 support experience and good analytical skills.
- Ability to write SQL queries and hands-on experience using MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of Java Springs / Struts, Javascript, HTML, and reporting tools.
- Experience in ReactJS is added advantage.
- Ability to debug web applications using browser and server logs.
- Open to learn new Techno-Functional topics.
- Good analytical skills, should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
- Should have been engaged on one on with the project/product for a greater time.
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore model would be an advantage.
- Working experience of Linux, Bash Shell, Python and Perl added advantage.
- Domain knowledge of Healthcare and Healthcare communication protocols like HL7 and FHIR added advantage.
- Customer-facing experience and Issue resolution
- Feedback to the product team for the enhancements
