Responsibilities

1. Field Support:
   • Visit restaurant partners on-site to provide service and support.
   • Install POS software on client systems/devices.
2. Training:
   • Train clients on product usage and features.
3. Technical Troubleshooting:
   • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
   • Address technical problems, including account setup and network configuration.
   • Research solutions and communicate them effectively via phone, email, or chat.
   • Ensure issues are logged and resolved promptly.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

1. Technical Skills:
   • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS.
   • Familiarity with networking principles and remote desktop applications.
   • Basic knowledge of hardware and network configuration.
   • Software installation and troubleshooting expertise.
2. Problem-Solving & Communication:
   • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
   • Ability to provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance.
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Qualifications:
   • Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
   • Certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
